By purchasing fertile eggs from Gatton Chooks & Quails, whether collected in person or shipped, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Fertile eggs are a natural product, and fertility levels may vary.

• We do our best to maintain healthy breeding groups and regularly monitor fertility. However, we cannot guarantee fertility, hatch rates, chick quality, or successful incubation.

• Many factors that affect fertility and hatchability are outside our control. These may include postage, handling, storage, incubation equipment, temperature settings, temperature fluctuations, humidity, egg turning, hygiene, power interruptions, and the operator’s experience.

• Eggs may be damaged or experience reduced hatchability during transport, even when carefully packed.

• All fertile eggs are sold with no guarantee of fertility or hatch rate.

• Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for fertility claims, hatch rates, incubation outcomes, chick quality, deformities, or chick losses once the eggs have left our care.

• By purchasing fertile eggs, you accept all risks associated with transporting, storing, incubating, and hatching fertile eggs.
