At Gatton Chooks we take great care in packing and shipping all fresh fertile eggs, chicks, and poultry products. However, please understand that shipped eggs are always a risk.

Even though eggs are packed carefully and securely, rough handling, temperature changes, delays, x-rays, vibrations, and other conditions during transit can affect fertility and hatch rates. Unfortunately, these factors are completely outside of our control once the parcel leaves our property.

By purchasing shipped fertile eggs from us, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• We cannot guarantee fertility rates.

• We cannot guarantee hatch rates or hatching success.

• No refunds or replacements will be given for poor hatch rates.

• Eggs may become damaged during transit despite careful packaging.

• Hatch results can vary depending on incubation methods, equipment, and experience.
