Fertility and hatch success depend on many factors outside of our control, including handling during postage, incubation methods, and environmental conditions.

By purchasing, you accept the risks involved with ordering fertile eggs. No refunds or replacements will be provided. Please order only if you understand and agree to these terms.

We prefer to ship Monday and Tuesdays using Express post to give the best chances for safe arrival. if ordering from nearby cities, we might ship other days too. 

We use egg safe boxes.
