Our Copper Marans breeding group produces a beautiful variety of Black, Blue and Splash offspring. Marans are highly sought after for their stunning appearance and, most importantly, their beautiful dark chocolate-brown eggs. They are a hardy, attractive breed with a generally calm temperament, making them a wonderful addition to both backyard flocks and breeding programs. Depending on the genetics inherited from the parents, chicks may hatch in Black, Blue or Splash varieties, adding a lovely mix of colour to your flock.
